升降梯/電梯（lifts）/扶梯/舉升機(jī)CE認(rèn)證

 我們?nèi)粘Ｉ罟ぷ髦薪佑|的一些提升設(shè)備，如電梯，升降梯，載貨升降設(shè)備，升降機(jī)，舉升機(jī)，自動(dòng)扶梯以及建筑工地提升設(shè)備等產(chǎn)品出口歐盟地區(qū)都有對(duì)應(yīng)的指令和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。但是這些產(chǎn)品對(duì)應(yīng)的指令和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)卻是不同的。比如電梯對(duì)應(yīng)的是95/16/EC提升指令，自動(dòng)扶梯對(duì)應(yīng)的2006/42/EC指令，液壓和機(jī)械方式的舉升機(jī)屬于機(jī)械指令附錄4。

1995年6月29日歐洲議會(huì)和理事會(huì)發(fā)布升降梯指令95/16/EC 。要求：提升裝置剛性的軌道，傾斜角大于15度，運(yùn)載人，人或貨物，單獨(dú)貨物）人可輕易進(jìn)入）并有操作裝置。

適用范圍：本指令適用于在永久性建筑物和施工中使用的升降機(jī)，比如電梯，升降梯等

 該指令也適用于列入附錄Ⅳ中用于這類(lèi)升降機(jī)的安全性部件（ 層門(mén)門(mén)鎖裝置；上行超速保護(hù)裝置（制動(dòng)器； 防止電梯墜落的裝置安全鉗

瞬時(shí)式 (滾輪和楔塊)；漸進(jìn)式；限速器；緩沖器；蓄能型緩沖器；耗能性緩沖器；管道破裂閥或安全閥 ( 液壓電梯安全防滑落裝置 )；電氣安全控制回路）。

在歐盟成員國(guó)范圍內(nèi)，電梯安全部件只有在它們具有CE 標(biāo)志且附有EC 符合聲明的條件下才能投放市場(chǎng)。CE 標(biāo)志的獲得遵照安全部件的EC 型式試驗(yàn)（電梯指令 95/16/EC）；

無(wú)論是歐盟內(nèi)部產(chǎn)品還是其他國(guó)家的電梯產(chǎn)品，想要在歐盟市場(chǎng)內(nèi)流通，都必須進(jìn)行電梯CE認(rèn)證，是制造商進(jìn)入歐洲市場(chǎng)的護(hù)照。 電梯CE認(rèn)證（Lift  Directive）指令為95/16/EC，主要是針對(duì)電梯及電梯安全部件，電梯控制柜為EN12015電磁兼容—輻射和EN12016電磁兼容—抗干擾性，焊接架構(gòu)焊接質(zhì)量控制體系為ISO3834、EN729和EN1090；而客梯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為EN81-1/2。
電梯CE認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn) EN81系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，電梯和電梯安全部件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如下：

屬于機(jī)械指令的都是屬于附錄四的危險(xiǎn)機(jī)械，必須要做型式檢驗(yàn)（B模式）或者H模式的體系審查，選擇哪種模式根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的型號(hào)個(gè)數(shù)，個(gè)數(shù)多了建議做體系審核模式。個(gè)數(shù)少了建議做B模式。因?yàn)锽模式是按照型號(hào)測(cè)試審核，就是每個(gè)型號(hào)都要測(cè)試，型號(hào)個(gè)數(shù)多了價(jià)格自然上去。B模式證書(shū)有效期5年。

H模式是審查體系，型號(hào)多的話提供參數(shù)差異即可。只做一個(gè)主檢型號(hào)的測(cè)試審核。但需要每年體系審廠。體系模式證書(shū)有效期3年。

爬升角度不大于30度，對(duì)于爬行高度不大于6米大于0.5米、S不并且的角度可以35度

踏板寬度不小于0.58米，不超過(guò)1.1米

踏板高度不超過(guò)0.24，踏板深度不低于0.38

不適用的95/16/EC電梯/升降梯產(chǎn)品：

1)    國(guó)有或私人運(yùn)輸人員的纜索鐵道車(chē)，包括電纜車(chē)；

2)    為軍用和警察用為目的而專(zhuān)門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)和建造的升降機(jī)；

3)    礦山升降機(jī)；

4)    劇院升降機(jī)；

5)    裝于交通工具上的升降機(jī)；

6)    連在機(jī)器上并且是專(zhuān)門(mén)用于進(jìn)入車(chē)間的升降機(jī)；

7)    齒軌和齒輪載車(chē)；

8)    施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)用于升降人員或升降人員與貨物的升降機(jī)；

9）  提升速度不大于0.15m/s
